The Finance

$25 per adult for gas and tolls, due on departure. If you want to go, but don’t have the finance, we have some sponsors.

There is no other charge for transportation.

Also covered is the hotel room for the night of Sunday, May 29 (double occupancy), and Monday morning breakfast.

INDIVIDUAL CHOICES AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE:

• Take your room for an extra night (5/30 Monday night)

• Room incidentals are paid by you: room service, movies, snack bar in room are each person’s responsibility.

• Take Amtrak up, as hotel has complementary shuttle from station, rather than drive, or fly into Albany

• Dinner on Sunday, 5/30 is self-pay, breakfast on Monday before we leave for Soul Fire Farm is free. Soul Fire Farm provides lunch. We leave the farm about 4, and Sunday dinner is also self-pay.
